TiE Ottawa

Launched in November of 2002, and in keeping with the spirit and giving philosophy of the organization, the Ottawa chapter of TiE aims to establish a strong and interconnected entrepreneurial community, and create wealth through entrepreneurship.  It specifically strives to advance the virtuous cycle of ‘wealth creation and giving back to the society’ with a team of highly committed and passionate volunteers.

To achieve these goals, TiE Ottawa provides members with a highly effective platform for:

Networking: TiE Ottawa facilitates relationships among local members, as well as fellow entrepreneurs within the region and around the world through other TiE chapters.

Mentorship: TiE Ottawa providing coaching and guidance to budding entrepreneurs

Global Connectivity: TiE Ottawa builds relationships among members and entrepreneurs in other markets through TiE’s worldwide network

Education: TiE Ottawa equips entrepreneurs with the skills required to succeed through the TiE Institute

TiE Ottawa serves as an optimal training and networking forum Ottawa-based entrepreneurs. The chapter organizes and hosts more than 20 events for seasoned and aspiring industry leaders. These workshops, symposium and networking sessions help to facilitate entrepreneurial linkages, education, mentorship and global perspective. They also help to build a strong and integrated Ottawa business community.
